Source: Sberbank to offer at least 15 bln rbl bonds on Wed–Friday

MOSCOW, Jun 15 (PRIME) -- Russia's biggest lender Sberbank plans to collect investors' bids for at least 15 billion rubles of 5-year exchange bonds on Wednesday–Friday, a financial source told PRIME on Tuesday.

The coupon guidance amounts to about 7.4% annually, which corresponds to a yield of 7.54% to maturity.

The issue carries semiannual coupons. Technical placement is preliminarily scheduled for June 21.

Sberbank CIB acts as the organizer.
